PROVINCIAL AND INTERNATIONAL ISSUES DISCUSSED Stationary engineers, PMRA, energy and border issues were the focus of a recent tour of greenhouses in the Essex area on August 14th with Ontario Liberal MPP, and now Minister of Energy,  Dwight Duncan. Among the greenhouse operators meeting with Mr. Duncan were – from left Greenhouse operators: Floyd Cacciavillani, John Ondejko, Gerry Mastronardi, Dave DeLellis, and MPP Dwight Duncan.
